Ok I'm freaking out thinking I'm gonna choke or swallow my Adams apple my friend told me I could anyways every time I swallow I check my throat to see if my Adams apple is still their so answer these 2 questions #1 can I swallow and choke on my Adams apple #2 how do I stop this habit of checking my throat to see if it's their thanks.
