Help! Android OS slow since jailbreak

Ever since jailbreaking my android, i have been getting constant restarts and the phone lags pretty much. This happened after i adjusted my processor from 450mhz to 123mhz using cpu tuner. I have no control of the phone even factory resetting it!!! Please help. Thanks

Jailbreak?? Thats for the iphone. Do you mean rooting by any chance?

Why would you clock down your processor to 123mhz?! That's insanely slow (it's even slower than my old Windows 3.1 machine). You probably need to reflash your phone, although I have no idea how cpu tuner modifies the clocking of the cpu (if it's even lower level then the software OS, etc).

Well there's your problem. You just made your phone run at 1/4 of it's normal speed. 450MHz is slow anyway by modern standards (newer phones run at 1,000MHz, or more).

Android will kill off any process that's taking longer than 5 seconds to complete, hence the crashes.

the problem began after cpu tuner entered ''power saving '' mode,where it clocks down the processor to 123mhz. Btw, how do i reflash my phone??
