Help, am I eating too much??? I want to get in shape!?

I have been getting TONS of exercise lately!

I do:
-1 hours of swimming laps
-30-50 minutes of cardio (Elliptical/Bike)
-20-30 minutes of strength training

Plus, I get an hour, even two, of racquetball some days! (I'm at the YMCA all day!)

Am I eating too much?

B: bowl of Special K blueberry cereal
S: Oatmeal granola bar
L: Small salad (Size of a food container), Strawberries, snack bag of cheetos, 1 PB and J sandwich, and 1 Salami sandwich (I know it's not that healthy ;( )
S: Handful of Fritos
D: 3 slices of Hot Box thin crust pizza

I am just eating a TON! And today I just felt so hungry!

So, am I eating too much?
