ok so i take care of a 1 year old stray cat
she is not allowed in the house and here in my country nobody cares about animals there are no shelters or something similar and the only vet is a cattle vet but i take my cats( strays) to him when they are sick

months ago i thought my kitty is pregnant
but then i forgot about it because she didn't pop any babies and last month i was leaving for vacation, before i leave i noticed there is blood in her private area and i took her to the vet
she said my cat has her period(i didn't know cats have them like us) and she is in heat and she have an infection and fever,he gave her antibiotics and my kitty got better
and i left for vacation and my neighbour came to feed her everyday
few days ago i came home back and my cat didn't act strange
and today i looked for her i didn't find her
and just now i found her in an old plastic playhouse and she won't leave
when i brought her food she came out and ate and drank water and purred and snuggled me but when i stood up she ran back to the house she change her position alot and licks her private parts alot
and i see sudden movement in her stomach
what is wrong with her ????

also i can't take her to the vet for at least a week
he is on vacation and i can't reach him and there is no other vet
i'm sick with worried
my cat doesn't look any fatter and she meows normal but when i go to her her meow gets soft and she makes a sound like air coming out of her nose i don't know what the sound is called
please help
she purrs loudly and she won't leave
should i be worried ???
and we don't have raccons or bats here
it's too hot for them
and there is not vet at the moment
there is no kittiens(yets?)
and her nipples doesn't look strange
and by this
can you tell for sure she is having kittiens ???
like is there any sickness with these symptoms i mentioned ???
i mentioned every little detail
and when other strays come to look at her she either does this sound with her nose and hisss or she ignore them
and she breath fast
