Help! 1999 Chrysler 300m Starting Problem?

Ok, So today my car would'nt start. My window was having problems rolling up & down. So I took off the door panel to check it out. Well I have subs and I left them on while I was working. I ended up going inside and playing video games. Well I left the the car on but not running. I came outside to start it to go to the store when it wouldn't start. It kept clicking. Then I waited an hour or so to try and start it again. Nothing. I put the car in neutral and back up to my brothers car. He tried to jump it. Nothing. Then we push the car in the garage. Then a brand new problem. When I pressed the brake all the lights when off. When I turned the key one click, nothing. Then when I let go of the key all the lights are flashing on the dash. Well we put the car on jacks and tapped the starter, and had the battery charged with our charger. Well now the car is running. We don't know which is the one that made it start but I need some suggestions of what might be wrong. If anyone else has had the same problem, let me know what fixed it. We bought the car about two months ago and it has around 180,000 miles. Thanks, Michelle
