HELP 1999 buick regal gse HELP?

i have a 99 regal gse and there are no check engine lights on and when im driving sometimes when im up to speed i push on gas and it like bogs out (like i will push on the gas and the motor feels like it vibrates bad and it kinda don't want to put rpms higher) but when i let the throttle off then re apply it it goes away and i have a vibration in the steering wheel and gas pedal i just got tranny work done to it could it be a mount that's what the guy at another tranny shop said
 
take it to an auto parts store that will scan the car for free. if there is a problem with the fuel system, ignition system or emissions it will show up there. it really sounds like a fuel filter but with that car something like that should make the check engine light come on.
 
sounds like your fuel pump or your plugs are fouled. your fuel pump runs at a certian pressure and the car will run fine but when you punch it you bog down or it will just die. change your fuel filter first to see it thats it but if not thats were i would strart.
