Hi, I'm new to this kind of thing. I've been reading this site since I bought my bike (C50t) last July. I finally decided it looks like a good thing to join. I've got LOTS of great ideas (some expensive, and my wife says THANKS!) from all of you. I am planning a trip next month down highway 95 from Fallon NV to Las Vegas. Any advice/warnings.
 
Stay around someone's coming around with popcorn.

Thanks for posting; your bike has the same power plant as the mine. The only problem is your going to have a crease from smiling......

I was gonna advise you to upgrade your seat before the ride..!...but I see you have a mustang seat.... that is my biggest complaint with my C50..although I have had it modded by several folks and it is at least "OK" now.
Advice... wear full safety gear! And when you really start to feel like you know what you are doing...that is the time to watch out and slow down.... GRIN. I speak from recent experience on that one.
 
Vegas in July/August time frame? You better be ready for some hot weather riding. I would suggest a mesh jacket with a layer of loose fit underarmour coolgear underneath, and stay hydrated. Your biggest risk will be the crazy cage drivers and casino games.
