Hello

Hi everyone. I'm not computer savy, so I'll do my best.
I'm 48yrs old and have multiple health issues. Lucky me. I try to use my humor to cope with everything. I have, Fibromyalgia, RSD, RLS, leaky heart valves, prone to blood clots, Asmtha, lower back problems, 5 cervical fusions, arthritis. I think I covered it all.
I would like to talk with people who have the problems I do, and understand what I am going threw.

Welcome to Health Boards, Suzyld.

I am Lindaru, a 53 year old female with an artificial heart valve since age 4, osteo-arthritis, sciatica, periodontal disease, IBS, very mild asthma, allergies, chronically drying mucus membranes which I suspect might be Sjogren syndrome, and anxiety.

I also try to look at life with humor as much as I can. I spend a lot of time writing humorous stories on another forum as a creative coping mechanism.

Things that used to be simple for me these days are not. Cannot go anywhere outside of the home without a drink cup (dry mouth and throat), and have to take house work several days each round with lots of breaks in between. Bending over anything to scrub just about takes every ounce of strength and energy I have.

I can certainly relate to you and feel free to talk to us any time about anything.

Humor indeed is a good thing because I have always felt if you do not laugh, you will cry.

Lindaru ;)

Wishing you the very best in health.........
