:) Well another new member my name is Billy Goodwin I am 65 and retired I enjoy taking road trips and for no other reason just to have coffee I have been know to ride 200 miles for a cup of coffee. That is why I have the nickname Trippin I love to ride. I do have A question for the forum. I have the Suzuki S50- 2007 and I would like to replace the grips so if someone can tell me how to remove the factory grips I would be humble. Well that is it for now. Thanks Trippin

:welcomes: With my C50 there's a hex bolt at the end of the grips loosen (Don't take all the way out) till you can pull the whole grip out...It has a rubber gasket that expands when its tightened by the nut on the other end...If you take the bolt all the way out you will loose the nut down inside the handle bar tubes (Learned this one the hard way)...

Welcome. On my 06 S50 I could not get the screws to turn either even with a impact screw driver. I wound up just grabbing the chrome and turning it and pulling at the same time and they came out. Seems they locktite the nuts on the other end. Put ISO flame grips on there heavy enough that I don't need the weights for vibration any more.
