You need to get full privileges for that, i.e. two weeks of membership and making twenty posts. You appear to have recently met those requirements, so it should be a matter of time before the system "upgrades" your account.
 
It started something quite a ways beyond its capabilities. Now it doesn't know what to do. Pretty textbook self-pwnage really.

We get a lot of that round here.
