Hi,
I'm 36, and have ADHD, and was raised in a home with alcoholics. I've had anxiety several times in my life pretty strongly. I've have a few muscle injuries around my neck, and now I have cervogenic dizziness, and I'm hoping to find a friend or two. I don't take SSRI's and am trying different vitamins. I have had panic attacks sometimes too. I'm doing my best to be relaxed and let things go and not over think and be very afraid but lately it's the dizziness that's the hardest. I'm staying with my sister's family and I work part time. If anyone has a similiar story and wants to chat some, please let me know I'm not so alone. I'm doing my best to control the dizziness and go to a chiropractic college that knows what's it's doing. But being fearful was pretty easy when I was young, and it's still something I'm learning about, or to let go of.
