Hello,How do you take a stereo out of a car ?

Are either of the stereos aftermarket? If both stereos are stock, then I cannot help you because I have never completed this type of swap. If one is after market, then all you have to do is buy the specific wiring harness for your make and model and mounting bracket.
 
I have two cars an car one sucks but i love car 2 is driven car two but how do i get hot kick ass car stereo out of car 1 an put into car 2 or who can i find that does that type of thing ?
