...180 people buffet style? How do I determine how much to charge her? She is paying for all the food so I will only be doing the labor and providing servers and set up of the food. Also How do I determine how much of each food to make?
 
Figure first how much it will cost to pay your servers. You should make at least twice what a server makes. Figure all this cost and then round up to the next even hundred. Of course how much you are willing to do for free depends on how close friends you are.
