can you be specific my friend, what exactly you need help with? all what you need is the usb drivers and cdma workshop the crack version will work. if you get the phone connected to cdma workshop send the s130 16 digit password, and after that you can just change the spc to 0's and write the prl. gl

get cdma workshop the crack version v2.7.0
migt want to disable virus protection cause it does show up as virus
but it works fine i use it all the time
conect you phone to the pc
conect to cdma workshop.
Make sure u select the right com or it will not work.
after you get it conected click on the security tab and put this 16 digit password
7341B6CDCFFA9692 this will unlock the phone.
then for the spc u need to chage to 6 zeros
then click on other tab and write your Prl to the phone
