What Prl Do I Need For My Helio To Get It Working With Cricket. I Looked In The Other Helio Drift Thread And No Details On How To Get My Helio Drift On Cricket Network. If U Could Pelase Help Me That Would Be Great. And Sorry For The Cap Locks.
 
I'm new to all this i have been reading and reading and i'm learning from what i'm reading. how do i get the spc code please help me if u can thanks alot. also can i use cdma workshop to write the prl to my phone
 
like i said, i'm not familiar with this phone...

there are many ways to get an spc, including cdma workshop, but i do not know which method works for this phone...

i would suggest a lot of reading here and m-f...

also- use google...it is your friend...

that is all the help that i have for you...

btw- you will not get far if you continue to pm anyone that trys to help you...

you should only do that upon invitation or if you know them...
 
1 do not flash this phone to cricket.
Now I will explain why.with that phone if you flash it it will work. but once you get sent any type of media message it senRAB your phone in to a reboot. over and over again sure it will boot you and you can try to use it boom reboot again. i know i have done a few and they all turn out this way. even if you get a regular text sometime it will do it but once it is in that mode it is hard to get it out. you need to be quick. but anyways that is my explination for you. and i will not flash a drift or a heat to cricket for this reason...
 
i sawl this in another form on here. i'm beliving that chaging the esn wont stop the phone from resting like u said now will it. i belive u because i heave heard it in otehr forms aswell. so what helio phone works with cricket that wont rest like u said. how is the ocean on cricket? thanks

Yes I was My sister is now using it.
it doesnt reset,
only when someone senRAB you a picture message, or a text using the internet.
For some strange reason it will reset the phone I cant figure out why.
When it happens you need to switch esn's to another phone so the other phone cant either
A) Recevie the message.
or
B) Reject the message.
 
what he is saying is that you need to put another phone on your account to accept/reject the message and thne reactivate your phone...

then it will happen again if you get another mms/web text...lol
 
yo man u ride bikes thats chill. i'm sponcered i ride for Fit. also how is the helio ocean work on cricket any one have one or done a helio ocean for cricket can i use the psl link u gave me to flash the helio ocean to cricket? thanks
 
I found out one way to fix this problem.
When you first activate the flashed helio phone, you need to select the cricket plan that has no MMS included. If you need other feature like Voice mail, just add that feature on top of the non-MMS plan. I've done this way three time so far and no problems yet.
If you already have this problem, then you need to follow this step.
1. change the ESN to regular cricket phone. (no flashed cricket phone)
2. make a test call
3. call cricket customer service to refresh the system
(this will disappear any floating mms messages)
4. change the plan to non-mms plan (most of places it's $35 plan)
5. change the esn back to helio phone.

I resolve the problem with this way. And so far no complains...
