HEEEELP!!! How can I do this on photoshop?? pic included?

have the picture of you on your first layer. make sure it's the size you want it to be (crop it or resize it if necessary). make it black and white or whatever else you want to do to it.
no the second layer, put the chanel logo. make sure the letters are black and the rest is white.
you can either put it on the 'lighten' blend mode
or you can do a mask, but im afraid i cant help you that much more, i dont have the actual photoshop cs
or you can go the long way and erase it with the eraser
