Hedghog in my garden Advice?

Hi, I found a hedgehog in my drain today..its a baby and im feeding it a some worms and stuff..i was wondering i live in a coldisack and its a very freindly hedghog.it doesnt curl up or anything so i was wondering if some one might of had him as a pet??
