It sounds like it might be reflux ..but obviously passing gas relieving the pressure should have you checking out what foods you might be eating that can cause excessive gas and its resulting pressure.
Are you having any other symptoms like constipation or diarrhea? Pain in your throat?
You could try over the counter Zantac 150mg twice a day to see if that helps.
You could try digestive enzymes after you're eating.
You could consider probiotics.
Ultimately, you should see the doctor to make sure you don't have anything else going on.
