heater blower in my car keeps blowing fuse.?

98 contour, we replaced relay switch, fuses and heater blower motor. Still it is blowing fuses. Any suggestions what this could be? Are there other fuses i should look at?
ps, the fuse is already a 30
pss no the fuse only blows when I turn on the fan switch.

sounds like yu have a shortage somewhere .
If you temporarily disconnect the blower electrical connector, does the fuse still blow out? If so, you've got an intermittent short circuit along that wiring leading to the blower motor. If not, you may have a bad blower motor assuming your sure that your using the correct size fuse. You could safely temporarily install a fuse that has a 30 percent higher current rating to see if the motor runs ok. (An example would be increasing the size of a 6 Amp fuse to 8 Amps, or try a "slow blow" fuse type)
