Heated Debate over Pre Cum. Was I wrong?

My and my friend were having a debate over pre *** and wether or not it can get you pregnant. My argument was the only way women can get pregnant from pre *** is if (A) he just had an orgasm and didn't urinate to clear the uretha of sperm before having sex a second time OR (B) the man didn't pull out quick enough and the woman assumed he did. My friend's argument was that you can get pregnant off precum even if A or B doesnt happen. She even stated that if you have unprotected sex for over an hour and he doesnt *** that you can still get pregger cuz pre *** was still released............Who's argument is correct and why?
 
You can get pg with or without sex. Anytime semenal fluid is excreted, even BEFORE actual ejaculation, you can still get pg and sexually transmitted diseases if he is anywhere near your vagina. Peeing has nothing to do with it. If you dont want to get pg, don't have sex!
