Heat Cycles and False Pregnancies?

Hi all. This has more than a little more detail to it, so please read for me.

My dog is a two year old Sealyham Terrier. She is an ex show dog. Her breeder wants to breed her, (but her terms are unreasonable) so she hasn't been spayed. If it was up to me, I would've spayed her, but I'm only the "half owner". Anyway, my Sealy went into heat about a week ago. She's stopped bleeding and is now flagging. Her discharge is a yellow-y color and she is still swollen and tender to the touch.

This is her third heat in her entire lifetime. She has never had very prominent false pregnancies, and I am told that she will eventually start having them - and more dominant ones at that. She is the only dog in my household and I have no plans of bringing her near any un-neutered males. She's the first female dog I've ever owned, let alone not spayed. What should I be keeping an eye out for in regards to false pregnancies?
Does that include milk production and nesting?
Well technically my mother is the half owner. Just saying.

And yes, she's gone through several tests. She's gone through lens luxation and was tested for ears at a younger age. Both came negative.
