healthy things to eat?

NOTHING raises your metabolism more than lifting weights (building muscle) and cardio. Stick to those two. Pills don't work.

Instead of "healthy items" you should be more concerned with "nutrients" and the correct amount of each to induce fat loss. THAT is dependent on your current weight and slightly based on your goal weight. Both of which you don't state.

Wal-mart all-in-one vitamin is fine. It won't make or break you.

Eating out is not smart if your serious about losing fat. There is no way to quantify what is in those meals.

so ive been on a diet..and honestly..im tired of salad, sandwhiches, and special k cereal..i need a bit more variety...any ideas??? also, i dont want a long 1 hr cook recipe..i have a fast lifestyle, dont have time to be cooking alot..

and one more thing. my sister mentioned that salads at times have more calories then if i were to get a side salad and a small hamburger with no mayo...she says i need to keep my fast food options open also so that with my hectic life i know how to smartly choose food on the streets and not just subway all the time..

thanks in advance!

by the way...gym told me i should take vitamins..what kind?? theres so many..is there something to boost up your metabolism??? idk any ideas??

To help your metabolism take green tea, oatmeal, grape fruits, asparigus, and lots of water

to be healthy and maintain good bodyfat percentage eat only non processed foods, so if it has'nt been killed or grown out of the soil/plant then its processed.

I reccomend taking a multi vitamin tablet every morning, dont waist your money on fat burners green tea does the same. Animal Pak by universal nutrition is amazing it helps me concentrate gain strenght and helps my energy level and sleep.

Boiled eggs for breakfeast with oats is good

lunch can be a can of tuna or salmon with brown rice or any kind of salad, or a vegetable

dinner i recomend lean meat, chicken with baked papatoes

if you want good snacks protein shakes, handful of nuts or a protein bar, or simply a fruit

hope this helps
