Healthy lifestyle for a 11 year old?

Well, i go to elementry (duh) and they make us run around the school around 5 times. so far, i weigh 105 pounds, i dont like that, cuz, im kinda short (4 ft, and 7 inches) anyways, im one of the "slow people" and i want to get fit. i was thinking of a better lifestyle. so far, i have cut down on chips, cake, sweets, and so on (all that junk food :P) but i havent lost any weight. Anyways, i was thinking what else could i do? i know i need to excersise buttt.....what type of excersise should i do? is there a website to keep track of it? what should i eat?

thanx :) and plz, dont tell me to take pills :P and dont tell me to starve....that's for losers :P lol anyways, thanx again!
it might not "seem" for me to be over weight, but ive gotta admit...i have alot of... "loos flubber"

You are right, you shouldn't take pills or starve. I think you are making some smart choices. It's more important how you feel, if you feel healthier, your body will thank you. It doesn't matter what the scale says. Your body is growing and changing. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and nutritious, yummy things! Take care!
