Im size 10 (uk) so im pretty slim but im a terrible eater.
I skip breakfast, barely eat lunch so by teatime im starving and eat pretty unhealthy stuff.
I want to start eating healthier and toning up a bit as over the last few months ive noticed im putting a little weight on.
What can you recommend eating, and exercise wise? I have a 3 year old daughter and work so the gym is quite difficult to do, but people have advised me to do light exercises at home.
I googled healthy eating and i didnt know where to start looking. Some say cut carbs out, some say dairy etc etc and its all very confusing! lol
Any hints and tips would be appreciated.
