Health problem for almost a year now.

I have had frequent urination for almost a year now.
It usually increases when drinking fluids. Somedays it's not as much, somedays after drinking I have to go every 10-30 minutes.
I also have IBS.

This all happened after a panic attack.

Right after the incident, I had frequent urination completely on, and my IBS wouldn't stop for 3 weeks.
After that, I was pretty better, but now it seems like my frequent urination is getting worse.

I don't know what's causing it at all. I've been to the doctors and all they could focus on is my IBS, not my frequent urination. They thought I was drinking a lot of water or something.

This is getting out of hand. I feel dehydrated when I wake up, my mouth is always dry when I wake up. My mom thinks it's an anxiety problem. I know I have an anxiety problem but I don't know if frequent urination is linked to it.

I've been suffering from some dizziness, and palinopsia of negative after images. I think I got brain damage from being so dehydrated or something.

I really need to convince my mother to take me to the doctors again, but we're having money problems. What can I do?

I really don't know. Maybe it is caused by anxiety.
My anxiety has increased so much since a year has passed, and that's when I started getting symptoms.

I doubt my frequent urination is from kidney failure or something... I don't know. It's a big problem but I just don't know what's causing it.

Actually now that I remember, they said my kidneys were fine from blood and urine tests, but it's been so long so maybe that could change.

Just a thought, but, soft drinks can cause bladder irritation and increase frequency.

Caffeine in soft drinks or other drinks could be a cause.
