Health : is it hazardous to use noise-cancelling technologies?

well I bought these SONY noise-cancelling headPhones ... but i feel funny around my ear drums and in my head ... i just want to know ...

Is It Hazardaous ? and if yes for what ? and why *if possible*


i want to know ... to decide weather to use them or just get rid of them ..
