The problem is you have certain employer group clients who will not even look at a health insurance produce plan offered if it has this option due to their beliefs or them being a cheapass, even if their employees wants it.
And? It's a private business, they can make those types of decisions. If their employees demand it, the company will provide it if it sees fit. It is not the role of the employer to take care of it's employees medically.
