Hey Cherish.
This is what you do. You are starting to exercise so this is what you do:
You will need to find you Max Heart Rate(Mx HR) and from then we will do more calculations such as finding your Upper and Lower Limits.
You will need to know some basics about ecercise, such as; you must include a warm up( Preferably something aerobic, such as running, jummping rope, or swimmin) and should be 5-10min long, also make way for 5-10min warmdown after your session as it will help with blood flow.

Ok, lets do your calculations.
Step 1:Finding your Max Hr; 220-age ( Eg; I am 18, 220-18=202Bpm)
Step 2: Finding your Lower Limit; you are starting to exercise so this will be 60% of your Max HR; This is done by taking yor Max Hr( 202Bpm this is mine) and Multiply by 0.6(60%)= 121Bpm
Step 3: Finding your Upper Limit; this will be 75% of your Max Hr(202 remember this is mine); Multiple by 0.75(75%)=151Bpm

Ok, you will need to remember these fundimental points. As you advance with your training you will become more effiecient in your efforts and you will see this when you become less fatigued with the same amount of work done, You will need to increse your Lower Limit to 75% of your Max Hr, and the same with your Upper Limit, to 85% Of you Max Hr.

In addition to exercise you must remember to eat right and look after your body.

Good luck
