I was 183 lbs,just a week ago..
and now its 189 .(am 18 years old).whats the big problem?i am doing about 60 min workout(yoga & 8 min abs workout),every single morning,,,why is this happening to me? before doing exercises i was at at least stagnant or increasing weight by very less..
(I am also maintaining my food routine after 3 hours,i eat little..and m not felling hungry at all)
Please tell me,what to do? I am maintaining my food routine pretty well,just tell me about exercises! (I cant go to gym ,i dont have time to go)


will it be okay if i loose.600 calorie everyday? Or what should i do?
