I live in the U.S. but my grandpa lives in Germany. That is because I am half German (my dad is American and my mom is German) but he is fully German. I would love for him to come join us over here but he cannot come because although my mom has married an American, she isn't American herself so she can't get her dad over here. My grandpa just broke his ankle and it is still healing plus he is diabetic. Even if we figured out a way for him to come over here, medications would cost so much and the American health care system would not allow it. Would moving to Canada make it possible for us to get my grandpa to Canada to live with us? It would make everything easier since he is already 76 and living by himself in Germany...
