Health Care Administrators affected by the recession?

In the current recession, is it easy or is it difficult to find a job as a Health Care Administrator? I'm thinking about a career in this profession, and I'm scared there won't be any jobs for me.

Also, is there a shortage or is there a glut of qualified Health Care Administrators?
