I've been asked to learn how to drive a grab in work, it's a large fork lift but with a grab on the front for picking up blocks, my problem is, is that they told me to just jump in it and pick it up as I go along, now I'm sure there should be proper procedures and training that they should provide for this and isn't this against health and safety?
