Is it ok to have Bacon Cheddar Fries from checkers for this one time only? My father is going there tonight and was thinking about two Hot dogs and the Bacon Cheddar Fries.
I have had 2 bowls of oatmeal ( 100 cals each) 2 eggs ( 140 total cals) a cup of yogart ( 80 cal) and fruit ( 70 cals) in addition i walked the dogs for 30 mins.
