Hello. My name is Nessa. I am 21 years old, 4'11" short, and weigh roughly 97lbs. Although I am very petite and I know that I do not need to lose weight, I am out of shape as I am often tired and get winded easily. It has also been recommended that I exercise for the benefit of the endorphins since I struggle with anxiety and depression. My goals are to build up my stamina and firm and tone my body, especially in my arms, abdomen, hips, butt, and thighs. My college offers Cardio Kickboxing, Zumba, 15/45 Abs/Cardio, Sculpt and Tone, Pilates, and Yoga. Which classes would be best for me and also, since many of them are back to back... how many hours should I excersize in a day, and how many hours would be too much??? Thank you.
