Health and Diet ??? please help?

what are the foods that a person can eat and never gain weight? and are there any shakes that i can drink that are not protein shakes but still very healthy? and does anyone know of a good diet? and if you eat less then 500 calories a day is that too bad or good? im eating only 500 calories for the bast 2 months.
