Headset mode without headset pluged

Hi to all
I have an Iphone 3g and it show me headset mod without headset pluged?!!!no sound?!!!when i plug the headset it work,when i unplug the headset no sound?!!!
When i restart the iphone sound return after few minutes i lose the sound and show me HEADSET MODE.
I restored it many times but no way,removed all the apps but still the same problem?!!!

Just to add another thing,i think i lose the sound when the iphone heat?!!!
i am really confused and i can't use my iphone without sound because it's all time in headset mode and i can't hear sound
Any idea please?!!!
