Headline For a REsume?! what does that mean?

Alright so I am applying for a job at chapters (the book store) and I chose to build a resume online it asks for a resume Headline...

this is what it says to do :

Resume Headline

• Provide a Headline that entices us to learn more about you.
• Examples: Award Winning Graphic Designer; Details Oriented QA Specialist; CPA -Turnaround Expert

I am a high school student so its not like I have a degree to my name so what can I put to get them to look at my resume?

I am a very people person I like to read and I am pretty good at customer service any ideas?
