headlight problems!!

well i keep going through headlight bulbs on my intruder i got caught at night and had to ride in the dark to get home that really sux! are their some heaby duty bulbs out their? i dont feel like getting caught in the dark again! thanks:D guys
 
just curious can i put a higher wattage bulb in like a /100/55 watt bulb? will it be brighter? just curious cause id like it a little bit brighter if it wont mess anything up that is
 
well i got the bulb out and the plastic harness that connects to the bulb melted the bulb is fine i cant figure out why it melted though thats weird any ideas?
 
well lesson learned i guess i rembered i was riding in the rain a lot that last week and i had changed the bulb the week beforei relized i installed the rubber boot upside down and water must have got trapped in their and shorted it out go figure.but i got it fixed. im a retard:bluethum:
 
Man I am asking 7500 but for you I will sell it for 5k! That is less than 1/2 Blue book. Just give me a month to try and sell it on the lemon lot first. You know that thing is in perfect working order.
 
ya id love to have it but im trying to pay off all the old credit cards with my tax return stuff you should have no problem selling it for 7kish ill put the word out at work for ya. i see ya been riding every day i got the headlight fixed and i parked really close to the fire department to day but dident see ya. well ive got thursday and friday off so give me a ring so we can go to britt motorsports bro
