Head Start Remote starter won't work, Head lights just Flash?

I Drive a '95 Honda Civic it came with a remote starter the Brand name is "Head Start" When I press the "II" key the head and tail lights just flash. But the car doesn't start. Anyone know how to restart this system? I held the two buttons down together for 10 seconds and the lights flashed pretty crazy. I dont have a Manual for this as I bought the car used.
 
Not a clue...However my BFs Kia has a similar system, and also missing the manual....For his I typed in the name of the system into Google, brought up a website, and printed a manual....
