Head Bolts on a 1996 Dodge Neon?

I broke a timing belt in a 1996 dodge neon, and I had to replace some valves in the head. I was wondering if you needed to replace the Head Bolts or not. I think you do because the stretch of the bolts is what is holding things together, if they are all ready stretched out then they wont work again right?

if ur gonna be doing head work to the it is always recomended that u replace the head bolts when u pull a head but everything ur saying is correct but i hope this helps

A stretch bolt is not to be reused because it loses it ability to tension
properly once stretched. These bolts are installed to a certain torque
setting and then are rotated another half turn or more depending on the
application therefore it would not be in your best interest to reuse these
bolts.
