Im friends with this guy, he's in the army.. so he was gone for 3 months. We wrote when he was gone, then texted on a regular basis. He would always text back even if he was too busy to talk. Sometimes he would even call to say "Im busy this weekend, I wont be able to text so I figured Id call you." very considerate and kind, right?
BUT ever since he came back everyone has wanted his time and attention, I havent been able to spend any time wiht him. On top of that his job wasnt held for him like it was supposed to be so he doesnt have work. Ive heard through other people that he might lose his car!
I've been there for him the last year through everything...but he hasnt really talked to me since before christmas! I've reached out to him several times, but not much luck. One of the few times he replied was to just say "you too" after I wished him a happy new year. He texted me to wish me a happy birthday, which I hoped was his was of reaching out. But when I tried to talk to him again recently no reply. This isnt like him at all..
What should I do? I still care about him very much...but Im tired of being ignored all the time when Im trying to be a good friend!
