Exactly Random i'm with you lol..and yes Burger...he neeRAB a big dose of that lol....i even had a friend who is on sprint tell me that he didn't like cricket(he lives in Memphis and has a friend who has cricket there) and says that we don't even get evdo just 1x :silly: ...i said well i'm not sure who that we is that you're talkin about because Evdo is all i get(texas) and i told him i have all of the same features he has and possibly more...he said he has unlimited roaming...i said wow :lol: well when you are on one of those long trips with your unlimited roaming you should send all of us pictures or maybe a vid and i will send you some too :p lol oh i forgot you don't have real picture messaging :clapping:
 
This guy is stupid! He blocked the cell phone nuraber on the phone and listed it phone on the ad!
There is this another stupid guy in Portland, Or. He claims to be the best flasher in Oregon but comes to Hofo begs for info. On top of that, he's bricked some customers' phones and did not even do replacement and/or refund. People have filed complains with BBB and AG on him. He locates somewhere in Aloha/Beaverton.
 
this is the same hater who claim everyone ele on ebay lie and can't get mms to work. he's a hater..look up 6800 crick on ebay you will see his stolen rom and page full of lies
 
Let me just set the record straight on this monster... okay, first off, this is the FIRST TIME EVER I have seen this thread on there and I'm so happy I did. I purchased a Sprint Mogul from this dude on ebay for $410.00 about 3 weeks ago.

He claimed everything works 100% with cricket etc etc etc. Okay, so I get the 410.00 mogul and the picture messaging doesnt work. Internet didnt work, etc.

I told him I wanted to send back the phone and get my money back. He said NO. LOL, so because I purchased the phone on ebay I opened a dispute and paypal gave me my money back. This was of course after the BASHED me two ways to sunday with the paypal people.

NO ONE should ever buy a phone from him. He is using to0's ROM on all of his phones as well because I when i sent the phone back to him I wanted to get rid of all my personal information on the phone, well after I did a master resest... it said something about to0's ROM, and needing a serial.

Not only is this guy BASHING the people in these forums that put all the hard work and hours into getting these phones to work, but he is stealing ROM and giving people false hopes.

I think Mr. to0 should write this guy and ask for some moo-lah!!! He deserves it!

There is no permanent fix as of yet (that I know of) for the MMS downloading problem. With to0's rom, you have to press the messaging button (envelope) on the phone to get the phone to receive and download MMS. That's because he has set up a shortcut on that button to delete the default connections registry setting.
To0 mentions this in his rom thread.
I've gotten the Mogul to receive and download MMS without to0's rom. I just use the regular Alltel rom but you still have to delete the default connections with a registry editor or by other means.
 
Exactly, I had it working w/o to0's rom, just had to delete that string, I never contacted him, I read the forum.

But I'm grateful for to0's rom, saves me a lot of trouble.
 
I tell people to bundle serials with phones they sell with my ROM on it. I know that some people do, but everyone really neeRAB to.

And it does suck that you got horrible customer support, but there's really not a whole lot that I can do, seeming as how people who sell phones with my ROM on them have actually already compensated me...
