Does this mean he MAY be considering asking me to marry him or what?
Thanks Life but we're both 25 years old almost 26 so maaaybe we might be a little too old for promise rings. :-)

Im not sure but dont jump to conclusions take it one day at a time. He could be getting you a promise ring.
 
Maybe but since it's your birthday maybe it's just going to be a birthstone ring.
 
Well it really depends on how long you guys have been together and everything but yes, definitely, there is a slight chance that he could do that. But don't get your hopes up high. He could be joking around like that just to let you know that he's just kidding about it so you won't be waiting for a ring. But he may even be joking around to see how you would react before he went out and actually did it.

My boyfriend did that for the longest time. And now we're getting married, even after all that talk about getting me a ring he now says that we're just going to forget about the engagement ring and focus on the wedding band now and the marriage is 9 months away.
