He has a weird way of showing his interest with me?

This is this kids 3rd time pulling this and Im trying not to overreact but he's really beginning to piss me off. He tells me to call him and when I say I will I do what I say I will do or anything else I promise to do I keep my word. But when he says he will text me back or come visit me at work he never did and this happened three times he broke his promise with me and for someone who likes me this to me isn't showing much of an interest. What should I do Im going to confront him but i don't know how to go about it so I don't make an ass out of myself.
 
Why don't you just say to him like, "Stop playing with everyone's head that you talk to. Do you think your attractive in any way shape or form? Playing girls, and fucking with their minds aren't beneficial to you or them. Do you have any other tricks up your sleeves asshole?"

Say something like that. Make it clear to him that your done with his bullshit. And you're not gonna take it anymore.
 
Ah yes, promises. Some men are just good at keeping promises, some not quite often.

Just confront him, let him know was up. If he says that he will meet you or see you but doesn't show up, then confront that bastard and let know to man up! Tell him to man up.

I hate to say but he probably feels like he can do anything considering you too are interested in him. He feels no matter what happens, he'll likely compensated on a future date. We men can be patient but for the most part, we aren't. The ladies are arguably the least patient.

Do your thang, confront him. Let him know if he is interested or not. But not in that specific way. In other words, tell him don't waste my time.
