Nah thats BS. HDchina is a great site. Wiki encodes are maybe a smidge behind HDbits encodes.

CHDbits is great for full BD's. But not everyone wants those.
 
The best HD tracker is the first one to come out with a 720p encode of today's UFC fight LOL. But seriously, the only rip i've found is 1080i and over 24gb. That's a little too large for me atm.
