I have a Samsung LCD TV (model# LNS2641DX/XAA). We have never been able to get the TV to pick up digital channels. When we run the channel programmer, it doesn't pick up any of the HD channels. And, when we try to enter the channels manually through the remote, it will not allow us to use the dash button. And, all of our HD channels are a number, then a dash and another number (e.g. 38-12 or 6-36).
Does this sound like a tuner problem? If not, what could it be? Thanks for any advice.
