Well I'm not a member there so cannot give you inside information, just can see on other tracker's forum that a lot of people asking and giving the invites to this tracker particularly. It looks like they have ~1500 torrents, mostly as you say Western stuff with Russian sound.

Hmmm... Yeah, I'm looking for Russian movies/TV in HD. Perhaps torrents.ru is the best thing.

is that ".ru" site even english....

No flamer, it's Russian. Just because it's not on the FST rating list does not mean it's easy to get into tho. Have you tried? They actually have a forum where people are asking to be invited every hour, but you pretty much have to have 15megabit upload + proofs at sites like torrents.ru w/ more than a TB uploaded to get in.

It depends on the quality of the list.I'd prefer a small list with a good selection of trackers ,than a huge list containing of crappy trackers
