Hey Im very passionate of the envorionment while others are not, i need ideas.. Im a 8th Grader and i cant protest or anything... Please give me ideas of making my Envoironmental Voice Heard across the locals
having your Voice Heard on the environment!!?

See about starting an environmental awareness group at your school with your friends, make it official and then do some of the following...if not then just start it on your own and go from there and still do some of this stuff
Start a recycling program for more than just plastics: you can do papers, bottles, plastics, plastic bags, news print, magazines cardboard metals of all sorts etc
Start a reuse bin for old clothes books small appliances etc to be donated and then have your parents help get them to the local charity every couple of weeks instead of them going into the trash bin and landfill
Talk to your school, stores, youth hang outs about switching from regular light bulbs to energy saving light bulbs
Start a newsletter with things that are going on in the community that people need to be aware of that you have come to know about (have to be careful here to make sure you have all the facts) and around the world to educate people about the environment
In the newsletter include things people can do to save energy and help reduce their carbon footprint
Go around and see if people will put it up and hand it out in their businesses
Start a project to clean up a local area that is in need of help, a park or beach etc. Make sure your parents are ok with it and have time to help you then:
Make Fliers and Include
When Date
Where The location
What The Clean UP
Why You want your beach to enjoy again
Who Two local youth interested in helping out (you don't have to put your names if that makes you feel weird)
What to bring (shovels, gloves, other equipment)schedule
Some kind of contact like your parents cell phone and or email address (you don't need weirdos calling you)
Contact media etc if you want to and get the community really involved
Also check to see if there are any organizations in your area you can join that already exist. Check with parks and rec and state parks to see if you can volunteer to help with and education programs they might have already

hi i am maryam i am a 9th grader without protest and ect also u can save environment make a group of boys and girls of ur age and then u can make slogans and aware people u can go to people in ur colony and spread awreness abt environment to them u can do the same with energy conservation water conservation and u r having an advantage that ur in school so give a speeach in school abt environment and in school plant tress ect make ur school greener i hope this helps u
