Having V3c trouble..

My V3c wont let me delete any picture messages out of the outbox. It says "can not delete a locked message". It is not locked. Also when i try to open the picture message it says "Operation failed". :doh:
 
I know with my phone I can actually just take one picture and lock it. I have never done it. i have seen with the v3 razr that you can lock just one pic. have you checked all the options for that one picture.
 
when i used to have a v3c it did the same **** it pissd me off kuz i had about 14 of those after a while, tell you what.... get bitpim, backup your contacts pix n wat not, get the cricket v3c monster from humpa.com/vzw get pst7.2.5 n re-upload the firmware then restore what you had backed up, i went thru every setting, tried every seem edit, EVERYTHING!! thats the only way i got it
 
That is the file i used. It says my phone is a V3cm?? :befuddled
Does that go away after a while? I cant get bitpim to work. would qpst work?
 
bitpim will work with your v3c, get your correct drivers and check what COM port it is installed on then go into your connection settings on bitpim and put it down as v3c not v3cm, you need to use bit pim or mpt to backup your stuff, qpst is not a contact backup tool you dont need qpst for what you need to do
