My Dodge Neon 2003 blows out fuses from the control box, check engine has lit up and flashed 3 times, had the fuel pump replaced but keeps doing the same thing, when fuse blows car dies, Any Dodge experts out there let me know your thoughts, that would be greatly appreciated
